This Special Internet Health Pass Includes:
1. Personal Conversation with the doctor regarding your individual health care needs; including any symptoms, loss of function or concerns you may have.
2. Complete Health History and Consultation with the Doctor.
3. Complete Chiropractic Examination.
4. Spinal Analysis and Structure Examination.
5. Static Spinal Surface Electromyography (sEMG) … This device scientifically measures muscle tension in the spine. It is similar in function to an EKG that measures heart muscle activity.
6. Structural Spinal Radiographs (if needed; located on premises).
7. Digital Structural Images.
8. Complete Report, Review of Findings and Recommendations for Care (if applicable) with the Doctor.
